When we as individuals, teams, or organizations, go through a disruptive change, we get a chance to see where we need improvements. The disruption sheds light. The organization need not be technically savvy to carry through the change. It needs a powerful culture of trust, respect, and tolerance, which is able to communicate. When the light shines, how will you, your team, or organization respond?
